We visit your home, take measurements, evaluate existing conditions, and talk through the details of the project. When additional plans, engineering, or specialty trades are needed, we'll identify them early.
Scope & Estimate

We develop a clear scope of work and detailed estimate based on your project. You'll know what's included, what to expect, and have an opportunity to ask questions before moving forward.
Once you're ready to move forward, we coordinate scheduling, materials, trades, and applicable permits so the pieces are in place before construction begins.

Plan & Prepare
This is where the vision starts becoming reality. We coordinate the work, keep you informed as the project progresses, and treat your home with the care and respect it deserves.

Final Walkthrough

Before we call the project complete, we walk the finished space with you, review the work, and address any remaining items. Then it's time for the best part, enjoying your newly renovated space!
